All our homes are warm, clean houses that suit friendly, working occupants.

All rooms are for single occupancy only (No couples) and all prices include Gas, Electricity, Council Tax and Water Rates.

All homes are fully furnished. Tenants only require their own bed covers and towels.

Each home includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, constant hot water, electric showers, outside sitting area, communal lounge and central heating.

Tenants must be non-smokers and the minimum age is 21 years old.
